Terms of Service

Welcome to ZerenFit. By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

⚡ Agreement to Terms — These Terms apply to all users, including Clients, Coaches, and Rehabilitation Specialists. Using the Service means you accept these Terms in full.

1. Roles & Account Responsibility

ZerenFit offers three distinct user roles. Each role has specific access and responsibilities:

Client — Individuals booking fitness classes, personal training, or rehabilitation sessions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information when scheduling recovery programs.
Coach — Certified trainers who deliver workouts and guidance. Coaches must maintain valid credentials and provide a safe training environment.
Rehab Specialist — Licensed professionals (physiotherapists, etc.) who design and supervise rehabilitation projects. They must uphold clinical standards and keep client records confidential.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zerenfit.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Bookings, Cancellations & No‑Shows

Our Service enables course booking (fitness classes, personal training) and rehabilitation project scheduling.

Cancellation policy — You may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
No‑show policy — Failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation may result in a charge and could affect your ability to book future sessions.
Rehabilitation projects — These require a minimum commitment. Please discuss specific cancellation terms with your assigned specialist.

3. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

🚫 Provide false or misleading information (e.g., health status, identity).
🚫 Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user, coach, or staff member.
🚫 Disrupt classes, rehabilitation sessions, or the normal operation of the facility.
🚫 Share your account with others or use the Service for unauthorised commercial purposes.
🚫 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.

4. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

⚠️ Medical Advisory — ZerenFit is not a healthcare provider. The content, training programs, and rehabilitation plans are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that physical exercise and rehabilitation activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or aggravation of pre‑existing conditions. You confirm that you have consulted with a qualified physician and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in our programs.

You assume full responsibility for your health and safety during all sessions. Coaches and Specialists will provide guidance, but you are ultimately responsible for listening to your body and modifying or stopping any activity if you feel unwell.

5. Payments & Fees

All fees for classes, training packages, and rehabilitation projects are clearly displayed in the app. Payments are processed through our third‑party payment gateway. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account.

Refunds — Refund requests are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. Generally, we offer credits or refunds for service cancellations made by ZerenFit. Please refer to our refund policy in the app settings.
Price changes — We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the ZerenFit app — including logos, graphics, workout plans, rehabilitation protocols, and software — is the property of ZerenFit or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that endangers others or disrupts the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZerenFit and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including injury, loss of profits, or data loss. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of [Your Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in‑app notification. The latest version will always be accessible in the app. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
