• Account data — name, email, phone number, profile photo, and role (Client / Coach / Rehab Specialist).
• Booking history — class schedules, rehabilitation sessions, appointments, and attendance.
• Health & fitness data — only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., injury notes, goals, or recovery plans).
• Payment information — processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store full card details.
• Device & usage data — app version, device model, and interaction logs to improve performance.

How we use your information

We use your data to:

• ✅ Manage your account and role-based access (Client, Coach, or Rehab Specialist).
• ✅ Enable course booking and rehabilitation project scheduling.
• ✅ Send reminders, confirmations, and updates about your sessions.

Role‑specific notes

Client Your booking data and progress notes are shared with your Coach or Rehab Specialist only to tailor your sessions.

Coach You have access to your clients’ session history and goals. You may update their progress within the app.

Rehab Specialist You can view clients’ rehabilitation plans, injury notes, and recovery milestones to provide the best care.

Data sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only:

• 🔹 With trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (payment, hosting, notifications).
